1 Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account on batji, you must be at least 21 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. batji may request identity documents at any time to verify your age. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence are accepted as valid documents.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found using the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during account registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. batji reserves the right to close an account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided.

2 Account Security & Password

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Avoid logging into your account from public Wi-Fi.
• Always log out of your account after use.

batji will not be held responsible for any negligence in protecting your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on batji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and various other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method registered on your account.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method you are using. If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity, the account will be suspended immediately.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available when opening an account at batji for the first time, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Sharing bonuses with friends or family is prohibited.
• batji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the details of that promotion.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

batji places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy.

The information you provide may be used for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and completing financial transactions.
• Providing customer support.
• Sending relevant promotional information (subject to your consent).
• Fraud prevention and ensuring platform security.

All content on the batji platform — logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, designs, and other elements — is the intellectual property of batji or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using these materials without prior permission, other than for personal use, is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batji accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses on bets due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues arising from errors in third-party software or services.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence or sharing your security credentials with others.
• Direct or indirect financial losses from betting or gaming.

12 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, your first step should be to contact our support team. We are able to resolve most issues through direct discussion.

Dispute resolution process:

• First, notify the support team via live chat.
• Send a detailed description of the issue and relevant information by email.
• The support team will investigate and communicate their decision.
• If you are not satisfied with the decision, there is an option to escalate to a higher level.

batji's final decision on any matter will be considered binding, unless there is clear evidence of a legal error.
